Technical Specifications
Ads need to be sent as 300 dpi digital files (jpg, tif, eps, pdf).
All ads are black & white. Exterior Back Cover may be color if our cover artwork is also in color. Please ask us about this. Although the print version is b&w, we are happy to run your ad in color for no extra charge in the digital version of the program book.
Deadlines
Space reservations must be made by April 1, 2025.
Ad submission, Artwork, and payment must be received by April 7, 2025.
“Swag” for RavenCon 18
Flyers, bookmarks, business cards, postcards, etc. We’re happy to place any items you would like to send us on our freebie table for you. If you would like us to place something in our Registration Bags, we ask that you send us a minimum of 600 copies of that item.
All swag must be received two (2) weeks before the convention. If this is a large or express package, please email promotions@ravencon.com and let us know the package is coming.
