- Product Credit Policy
- If you would like to use a retail product as part of a credit for sponsorship or advertising, up to the first 50% of the package cost can be offset at a 2:1 rate. For example if you donate $100 of retail product, it counts as $50 for your credit. Products will need to be approved by our staff.
- Any product credit after the first 50% will be offset at a 3:1 rate.
- Any merchandise being used as funding for sponsorship of RavenCon will be requested to be delivered to our address by December 1st. This will allow us to properly organize, inventory, and safely arrange transport to the convention.
- These options will require you to email our promotions team see contact below and we can create a custom sponsorship for your needs.

- Please expect us to contact you within 5 Business days (holidays excluded) to confirm your information or respond to any communication. If you have not heard back from us within that time, please send an email to promotions@ravencon.com
- Invoice Payment
- All payments are due at time of selection on website.
- Nothing will be added to our website until the invoice is paid.
- Refund Policy
- Refund of 90 percent if you decide not to sponsor us within 30 days.
- Paragraph and Logo for the website
- In order to adequately advertise our sponsors, we would like to include a small description of your company. This can range be up to 250 characters.
- We would also like to include a logo for organization and visual
recognition. - Please see the example on this page for tier placement.
- We would request this be provided within 5 business days of application.
along with your official URL for either your website or social media page.
- Digital Book and Attendee bag Advertisements
- All ads must be received by December 1st.
- Please note, if we do not receive your printed ad by the deadline, it will not be included in attendee bags. Digital ads that are late will be appended to the back of the book.
- RavenCon agrees to meet the terms set up for each individual level to the best of our abilities. Some items may have to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances and these will be communicated to you.
